Their previous experience in coaching and mentoring has seen huge successes where homeworkers have achieved their goals. You will also have regular contact with the business coach which include calls and face to face visits. As well as a business coach you will also have a fully dedicated administration support on hand who can bespoke the way in which they can work for you in ensuring you spend as much time as possible focusing on selling holidays. Full marketing support is also provided and we have been commended on our level of high service for this.

Support

At head office we look to support you in every way we can. You will work with our Homeworker Support Team who will be in regular contact with you to aid in the growth of your business. We want you to be as independent as possible, but rest assured that our experts are always here when you need them.

What we offer

We offer you the ability to do all the above from the comfort of your own home, or anywhere with an internet connection. All you need is a laptop, internet and a phone and you’re good to go

The Role

Your role will be varied, exciting and different every day! As a personal travel specialist to your clients you’ll be available to help with any type of travel query they desire - from short weekend breaks to family holidays or honeymoons. Offering exceptional customer service, you’ll have complete flexibility and control over which suppliers you work with in order to create bespoke itineraries, completely unique to your client.

When you join Inspire’s team of homeworkers you will be referred to as an independent travel associate (ITA). Whilst you are a part of the Inspire family, we value the fact that you are promoting your own personal business. You can link your business to our branding but we are proud to provide the benefits of the independent edge with all the protection of a credible, secure company fully to support you.


What Experience You Need

We are looking for people who have relevant experience in either travel, sales, marketing, product, and management. You’ll need strong customer service skills, self-motivation, transferable skills, ability to manage your own day effectively, excellent people skills, a willingness to learn, account management and relationship building skills.

If you don’t have the relevant travel experiences, we can tailor our package to you. We have had many travel associates join us, with little or no travel experience - we have put them on the right track and tailored our training to suit their needs. With continual support some of our “new to travel” associates have gone on to achieve fantastic results.

You can sell whatever your clients desire! We have direct commercial agreements with resorts, airlines, and suppliers, giving you access to exclusive rates. So, whether it’s a package holiday, a round the world cruise or a completely bespoke trip you will be able to fulfil your clients requests.
