At head office, we’re here to support you every step of the way. You’ll work with our Homeworker Support Team, who will stay in regular contact with you and help you develop your travel business. We want you to be as independent as possible, but you can always rely on our experienced team when you need support.
What You Need to Start Your Homeworking Travel Business
You can run your travel business from the comfort of your own home, or anywhere with an internet connection. All you need to get started is a laptop, internet access and a phone.
Your Role
As an Independent Travel Associate (ITA), you’ll help clients with everything from weekend breaks and family holidays to honeymoons and bespoke itineraries. You’ll have the freedom to choose your travel suppliers, create personalised holidays and deliver exceptional customer service.
As part of Inspire’s team of homeworking travel associates, you’ll build your own travel business from home, with the support, protection and credibility of an established travel company. As a homeworking travel professional, you can use Inspire’s branding or create your own business identity.
What Experience You Need
We’re looking for individuals with experience in travel, sales, marketing, product development or management, along with strong customer service and communication skills.
No previous travel experience? That’s okay. With personalised travel agent training and ongoing support, we’ll help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to build your business.

You can sell a wide range of holidays and travel experiences, from weekend breaks and family holidays to cruises and bespoke, round-the-world itineraries. Our commercial agreements with hotels, airlines, cruise lines and other travel suppliers give you access to flights, accommodation, experiences and travel extras.
