I joined Inspire in 2022, completely new to the world of travel. At the time, I was working as a carer in my local hospital. However, I’ve always had a deep passion for travel and loved helping others plan their vacations.
One day, I had a chance encounter with Sam from Inspire, where I shared my dream of pursuing a career in travel. Sam was incredibly supportive and helped me turn that vision into a reality. I submitted a business plan and, with a mix of excitement and nerves, took my first steps toward induction.
From the moment I started, I knew I had made the right decision. The support from the team was amazing, and I never felt like the “newbie.” Inspire offers an abundance of training and events, and I eagerly embraced every opportunity to learn. That marked the beginning of my true journey in the travel industry.
