At head office we look to support you in every way we can. You will work with our Homeworker Support Team who will be in regular contact with you to aid in the growth of your business. We want you to be as independent as possible, but rest assured that our experts are always here when you need them.

What we offer

We offer you the ability to do all the above from the comfort of your own home, or anywhere with an internet connection. All you need is a laptop, internet access, and a phone to get started.

The Role

Your role will be varied, exciting and different every day! As a personal travel specialist to your clients you’ll be available to help with any type of travel query they desire – from short weekend breaks to family holidays or honeymoons. Offering exceptional customer service, you’ll have complete flexibility and control over which suppliers you work with in order to create bespoke itineraries, completely unique to your clients.

When you join Inspire’s team of homeworkers you will be referred to as an Independent Travel Associate (ITA). Whilst you are a part of the Inspire family, we value the fact that you are promoting your own personal business. You have the choice to align your business with our branding or develop a completely unique identity of your own. Either way, you’ll benefit from the freedom of running your own business, with the full protection, credibility, and support of an established and secure company behind you.

What Experience You Need

We’re looking for individuals with relevant experience in travel, sales, marketing, product development, or management. You’ll need strong customer service and people skills, self-motivation, the ability to manage your day effectively, a willingness to learn, and experience in account management and relationship building.

If you don’t have previous experience in travel, we can tailor our package to suit you. Many of our travel associates have joined us with little or no industry background, and with personalised training and ongoing support, they’ve gone on to achieve fantastic results. We’ll guide you from the start and help you build the skills you need to succeed.

Through our direct commercial agreements with hotels, airlines, cruise lines, and other suppliers, you’ll have access to exclusive rates on flights, accommodation, experiences, extras like airport parking, lounge access, car hire, and much more.
