Inspire Family Fund homeworkers help families caring for children with complex needs, or serious illness, to book family breaks.

The business model offers a minimum 25 hours per week shift pattern, with leads provided. You can thereafter generate your own travel bookings if you wish.

Travel industry experience is essential, due to the fast paced, constantly evolving nature of the role. We also require attention to detail,plus specialist knowledge of holidays for families with complex needs is always beneficial.

All Family Fund homeworkers are assigned a head office support contact to help with bookings and any questions they may have.

What will I be doing?

Family Fund homeworking is an extremely rewarding role, helping families plan their well-deserved holidays. Every day is different!

You will answer calls in a timely manner, remaining courteous and professional at all times, providing knowledge and customer service. You will then help them make a reservation for an amazing holiday to suit their needs. All whilst maximising booking profit margins. 

What’s more, Inspire are the exclusive travel provider for Family Fund grants. So there is a 90% lead conversion rate. 

What experience do I need?

You must have a minimum of 18 months travel industry experience, using online bookings sites and industry booking engines.

You will have a natural enthusiasm and empathy, exceptional customer service skills and an ability to quickly adapt to changing situations.  Travel homeworking requires high levels of self-motivation and excellent time management skills.

I'm an independent travel agent. Can I become a Family Fund Homeworker?

Yes. Provided you can commit to fulfil the minimum 25 hours per week shift pattern. Independent travel agents can join Family Fund homeworking to provide an extra revenue stream for their business.

What support will I get?

You will receive a dedicated head office support contact to help you with all aspects of booking Family Fund holidays.  

You will also have access to 24/7 remote IT support. 


What are the working patterns?

We require a minimum weekly shift pattern of 25 hours per week, covering various patterns including evenings and weekends.

Can I generate my own travel bookings?

We offer you the ability to do all the above from the comfort of your own home, or anywhere with an internet connection. All you need is a laptop, internet and a phone and you’re good to go!

We pay up to 60% commission on self generated enquiries.
